From the mists of time our Highland Perthshire Estates have witnessed bloody battles and bitter feuds as Highland Clans fought between each other for land and wealth, Famous Clans such as Campbell, Menzies and McGregor held the land by the power of the sword building up huge wealth and castles such as Taymouth and Menzies.
The forbearers of Donald and Julie Riddell, the managing Directors of Highland safaris are from the ancient Menzies and Currie line. Families who were part of the land and who have shaped the very fabric of it, and today you can exclusively share with us the history, culture, scenery and our passion of this wild area in the heart of Scotland.
