Roaring Stag Safari (October)
Head into the hills of Highland Perthshire for an awe-inspiring 4WD safari. Journey to the high tops past wonderful autumn colours to hear and experience the amazing primal sight of the Red Deer rut; roaring stags with clashing antlers, an awesome and unforgettable sight.
Duration 2½ hours - Departures morning and afternoon.
Spotlight Safaris (November/December)
As dusk turns into night climb aboard your land rover mounted with a powerful spotlight for an exciting journey of discovery. In the company of our experienced ranger explore woodland trails by torchlight and search for red deer roe deer owls and other creatures of the night. Using our new skyscout telescope with state of the art GPS technology search out and name almost every star in the night sky.

Dawn Patrol (May/June)
It’s up with the lark on our Dawn Patrol Land Rover safari to secluded glens and moors to see which birds and animals are out and about before the world wakes up. Who knows what we may find...? Down at the Safari Lodge, enjoy breakfast in our Scottish Farm Shop Café.

Badger Watch Safaris (May/June)
Waiting for badgers to emerge from their sett to frolic and forage amongst the bracken and bluebells is a truly magical experience. May and June are ideal times for badger watching because the cubs, born in February, are beginning to be more active. You’ll need patience and the ability to sit quietly for a couple of hours, but the rewards are just brilliant!

Sundowner safari (June/July)
Nothing can prepare you for the sheer exhilaration of seeing the sun set from a remote spot 3000’ up in Highland Perthshire. This spectacular sight is the highlight of our very special Sundowner Safari. Leaving the Safari Lodge in the evening, you’ll be driven by an experienced wildlife expert in a Land Rover right up to the mountain tops. Here you’ll enjoy a glass of wine or beer while you watch the sun set over Ben Nevis 50 miles away.

Alpine safari(November-February)
Escape to the high tops to search for snow buntings, the snowy white ptarmigan, elusive white mountain hare and majestic red deer. Learn from experienced rangers how these animals and birds survive in this sub-arctic environment and marvel at the scenery in a land steeped in history. Then arrive at a heated mountain bothy set at 2,600 feet with breathtaking views of Schiehallion, Loch Tummel and snow capped Ben Nevis over 50 miles away. Here enjoy tea, coffee, locally baked shortbread and a dram of Dewar’s whisky to keep out the cold!
