The views from the summit are awe inspiring and there will be plenty of opportunity to discuss your walking route with your Safari Ranger before you set off.
Armed with Route Maps and Safari Nature Notes, explore our Highland Perthshire Estates at your own pace. Get far from the madding crowds and adventure into Scotland’s stunning wilderness with minimal environmental impact.
Choose from various different routes with many tracks and trails to follow. Alternatively, the Land Rovers can be used to take you to specific area of your choice. Scotland walks give you the opportunity to discover this amazing landscape.
The Routes
- Meall Tairneachan Route — after being dropped off on the Meall Tairneachan ridge high above Loch Tummel, its an easy walk south through heather moorland towards Loch Farleyer and the track that leads you back to the lodge through mature Forest. (approx 4-5 hours duration).
- Glassie Loch and Forest — high above Aberfeldy this easy Forest route is through heather moorland, tree covered hills and past a mountain Loch with stunning views of the valley below.
- Dull Hill — A great adventure as you follow an easy route back down through the forest to the lodge. With stunning views of the Appin Valley, Loch Tay, Ben Lawers and into Glenlyon.
