Working closely with you to meet all your needs, from arranging accommodation to ordering the flowers and cake, we can do as much or as little as you wish to ensure the smooth running of your day with the Highlands the set for your Scotland wedding venue.
Panoramic views, the majestic Red Deer, the history and culture of this ancient and mystical land will all provide the backdrop for your special day. You and your guests accompanied by experienced, kilted guides, will travel amongst some of the most stunning and unspoilt scenery that Highland Perthshire has to offer in order to reach the wedding venue for your hillside marriage ceremony.
What Highland Perthshire has to offer as a wedding venue:
- On reaching a hillside location with views to one of the longest glens in Scotland, a pipers plays for you and your guests, giving a true Highland flavour to your day.
- Our local and friendly registrar can be arranged to conduct the Marriage service and your vows may be taken in an open air setting.
- Following the ceremony, the piper plays in celebration and Champagne and canapés will be served giving an opportunity to toast the newly weds.
- Our marquees are decorated using tartan and flowers of the Brides choice will provide a unique dining area to enjoy the Wedding feast for a buffet type meal within the stunning surroundings of this hillside location.
- A menu including delicious combinations of some of Scotland’s finest foods such as fresh Salmon from our sparkling rivers, locally smoked Venison, the best of Scottish Beef, local organic Vegetables and Salads can all be put together to create a harmony of tastes fit for the most discerning of diners or a delicious spit roast can be arranged.
- In the late afternoon, guests will be transferred back to the hotel or on to one of the superb local village halls, for an evening of Highland Ceilidh and a finger buffet supper, the perfect end to the perfect day.
Costs:
Costs very much depend upon the numbers involved, menu chosen and other details for the day, which are arranged with the bridal party. Each day is very much tailored to each individual wishes and it is impossible to give an “off the peg” costing.
Scotland wedding venue sites:
Riverside Glade (up to 200 guests)
This is a lovely secluded and private wooded area right next to the River Tay and a superb location for a Wedding.
Mountain Marquee (up to 90 guests)
This is a superb and unique location for a wedding. Situated 1600’ high in the hills of Highland Perthshire, the Mountain Marquee can only be reached by Land Rover.
