The Safari Lodge
The Safari Lodge is situated in a wonderful & commanding, sunny position overlooking the Appin Valley. There are spectacular views towards Glenlyon and Loch Tay to the west and with surrounded by 14 acres of parkland, packed full of features, The Safari Lodge is a fabulous place to visit all year round. It sits in the geographical heart of Scotland, near the market town of Aberfeldy, only an hour and a half from Edinburgh & Glasgow and two hours from Aberdeen. There is ample Car Parking, some covered for dog owners. Walkers and Cyclists can enjoy direct access from the Safari Lodge on to beautiful walking and cycling tracks and tails.
Not only will you find the Highland Safaris headquarters at The Safari Lodge, there are also lots of fabulous activities at The Safari Lodge making the ideal venue for a great day out with family and friends.

- The Safari Lodge is open all year round from 9am – 5pm, 7 days a week – FREE ENTRY
- Groups welcome – free car & bus parking
- Access: The Shop, Cafe and Gold and Gem Panning flume are all accessible for wheelchairs but the Nature Discovery Garden and Red Deer Park have more limited access.
Cyclists are Welcome at The Safari Lodge with our great facilities: Free Route Maps, Bike Stands, Air Pumps, Bike Wash facilities, Maintenace Bar & Repair kits.
School Groups and Children’s Parties can have a great time at Highland Safaris – All welcome!
